Prepping for your summer wardrobe? Here are two of my recent purchases that i have been obsessed with.  CULT GAIA bamboo basket bag is the IT bag of the season no doubt. Shape, Size and level of uniqueness is all around a no brainer purchase for me.

If you're not a fan of the hand held basket but still want to invest in a summer basket-esque bag, I recommend checking out the Bembien  its also a beautiful minimalistic brand, hand-made basket bags with leather straps. 

DOLCE GABBANA

I have to admit Dolce G. was never a luxury brand that I was too keen of prior to their recent seasons. This pineapple print caught my eyes on several of their items, particularly a full A-line Skirt, and these amazing espadrilles shoes.

Espadrilles have been trending for awhile now, and it is definitely a trend to stay. Instead of going for the classic Chanel espadrilles that everyone and their MOM has (my mother included lol) I opted for something more fun and bright for the Summer heat here in Cali.  

My theory? Keep my clothing plain and simple while jazzing up with fun shoes, bags and accessories.
