The O-so-famous milk bar birthday cake by Christina Tosi is what we are in for today! We got to assemble the popular layer cake and cake truffles. All the students got to take home their own creation with bonus truffle bags--- YUMMMM

The instructor goes step by step for the cake assembly, I highly recommend going easy on the icing. It gets VERY sweet.

Lots of scraps gets left over from the cake building which we turned in to yummy cake truffles, or you can also choose to eat the cake scraps while you build. I sure INHALED 🤣🤣🤣

Decorate your cake however you like, this one was quite boujee!

Notice the head scarf? 

Tosi's signature while baking! students were able to pick out a headscarf to wear and bring home for free.
